Letter from the President:

The idea of starting my own company "Advance Air & Heat" was first conceived as a method to provide my three children with money for the college years. We started as a one-man company, but slowly we began to build, and have not stopped growing for the past eighteen years. My children are grown now and two of them work with me.

The Advance Air team has grown into a well-rounded group of professional technical people. Our group has become proficient at solving HVAC and control problems, resolving energy management issues, and creating innovative and efficient control solutions for a wide range of customers.

Our team approach of doing whatever it takes, as quickly as possible, to the best of our ability has been the key to our continued success.

The future of the HVAC industry is bright but challenging. With our continued commitment to customer satisfaction and education of our professional staff, I believe the future of Advance Air will be bright as well. Employee Longevity:
We've made an effort to create that environment at Advance Air. Our eighteen employees have been with the company for an average of seven years. Most came from referrals from other employees. We feel that there's no better compliment of a workplace, than for the employees to recommend it to their own friends and family.

Customer Retention:
As is their no better compliment to a company than to have their customers recommend them to other businesses. Rather than spend thousands on expensive advertising campaigns, Advance Air has been able to satisfy their customers to the point where our customers do our advertising for us! In fact, many of the customers that were serviced when the company began in 1986 are still happy customers today.
